I've been quite a slacker the last two months and haven't taken the time to update our blog. I figured it was time to update it and maybe do better keeping it up! We've had a pretty busy couple months at the Johnson house.
In March, we got in a little wreck while going out to take pictures. Everyone was fine. However, we decided to go ahead and have Henry checked since he can't tell us whether or not he is hurting. It ended up being a blessing in disguise. Henry has obviously had torticollis since birth and his peditrician hadn't noticed it before checking him from the wreck. So, he sent us to see a physical therapist. Henry did so well with that. We had our third visit today and the therapist feels he doesn't need to be seen again. He is now turning his head very well in both directions. She told me that she thinks he is the strongest baby she has worked with!
Henry is sitting up very well on his own now. He is also rolling all over the house! He is loving all of his toys (especially if someone else is playing with them) now that he can interact with them more. He is getting to where he doesn't want to be in his walker or jumperoo anymore. He thinks he needs to be on the floor all the time. I guess that is because he can go places now. He has also learned how to say "dada". I guess I don't have to tell you how much his daddy loves hearing him say that. Henry thinks it is so funny to say it or to hear anyone else say it. That is how I have been getting him to smile for pictures here lately. He giggles everytime!
Stephen got accepted in the Nurse Practioner Masters Program at MUW in Columbus. He will start that in a few weeks. It is only a one year program. It will be a very crazy year for our family, especially for Stephen. But, I know it will fly by. Stephen is so excited about this opportunity and I know he will do well.
I am still working on the photography business. I am really enjoying every opportunity I have recieved to photograph others. It is like Christmas everytime I get a picture order delivered! Stephen and Henry got me an awesome new lens for Mother's Day. It should here Thursday. I can't wait to take some pictures with it!
I guess that is about it for the update. However, I can't just end a blog without a picture! Here is Henry apparently trying to let me know that he was tired of having his picture taken!
